Rust is such a chic color for the season and this cute new wrap top from Cupcakes and Cashmere is a beautiful wardrobe staple for day or night. It's effortless yet flirty and fun. I love it tucked into high waisted jeans and a loafers or mules or over a knit pencil skirt with tall booties for a more dressed up look. Though it gets a bad reputation for being boring, the modest turtleneck is actually probably the easiest way to make a simple outfit look more creative. Try a dress over it and add a fun pair of earrings or big necklace or give your basic jeans and tee combination a seasonal update with a tight, tucked-in turtleneck shirt, a plaid blazer, classic denim pants, and some booties. Pearl embellishments have taken on a distinctly modern vibe and this cute staple sweater is the perfect way to rock them in a new way. Wear this pretty piece dress up or down while remaining super comfortable and cozy when the weather is chilly. Camel is an ultra hot color this year and the PJ style of this blouse is a modern take on a classic staple. You can complete these outfits by adding the Michael Stars Suede Zip Off Jacket as an easy layering piece. This jacket will add a slight touch of edge and will be your new go-to! I really love that tops are so versatile. I've included a pair of denim jeans in black and a pair of paper bag shorts for you to try on all the tops with! Try the Jack by BB Dakota Hurst Side Slit Relaxed top with the pair of jeans and a pair of sneakers for a casual going out look. For something more polished, wear it with the Lena One Shoulder Ruffle Stripe Top or the BB Dakota Halter Neck Top and a pair of heels and a patent clutch for a date night look. For a work-friendly look, wear the jeans with our JOA Tweed Top. If your office doesn't allow jeans, you can always wear it with your favorite pair of work pants. I've also included our bestselling Ponte Pants should you need something that could work with this top.

Whether you're going for a more dressed up or a casual look, paper bag shorts can be comfortable and easily styled. For a more casual look, try it with our Moon River V-Neck Knit top. I love layering blouses and cotton tops under jackets and cardigans. This is an easy way to incorporate some pieces now and transition them into your wardrobe for any season. The Stateside Short Sleeve Front Twist Tee is a perfect layering piece to layer under the Jared Jacket. I have included the jeans just so you can try this on as a whole outfit. These are the perfect jeans to pair with any sweater or blouse year round.

Thank you for all of the feedback you provided - it was super helpful for me in curating new items and looks for you this month. I've selected a couple of different pieces for you that I think you can rock with some items you already own in your closet! Have fun!

The first thing I added in your box was our J Brand Johnny Mid Rise Boyfit Jeans. They're both comfortable and flattering, plus the quality is amazing, so I knew you had to give them a try! You can easily dress these jeans up with a pair of boots or pair them with a sneaker for a more laid back look. I would wear either our Fuzzy Cable Knit Sweater or our Emilia Brushed Raglan Sleeve Top over these and feel free to throw on a fun scarf or necklace to accessorize! To transition these jeans from day to night, try pairing them with our Rebecca Minkoff Dorit Sweater, some chunky gold jewelry and heeled booties! For a cozy everyday look, pair Mystree Chevron Print Long Cardigan over a simple tee and black leggings and try accessorizing with some silver accent earrings for an extra polished look. We love these leggings with a boot - try a mid-calf boot for a streamlined effect.

I started you off with the Just Black Daria Jeans which have a midrise, semi-stretch fabric and subtle distressing over a dark blue wash that will add the perfect touch of detail to any outfit. Pair this with the Splendid 1x1 Turtleneck which will make a necessity in your attire! Layer this with the Vero Moda Quilted Vest for added coverage and dimension. The Button Up Two Pocket Shirt is another casual piece I gave you which features lightweight construction and classic plaid pattern that is perfect for the remainder of the season and can be styled with the Noah Cardigan! Let's start with the Cindy Ribbed Midi Dress, it's that classy piece! Wear it with sneaks for a casual style or you can dress it in heels for a dressy look. The perfect dress for a day-to-night look! Layer the outfit with the Toni Drape Jacket. The jacket shows off a drape-like open front with a drawstring detail on the waist. The Elle Surplice Sleeveless Jumpsuit is a great classy piece; it's super elegant and classic. The surplice neckline is very flattering. Finish off this piece with heels and simple jewelry for a nice evening out or even for special occasions. The Just Black Ariel jeans are the perfect trendy piece. It features a distressed detail and frayed hems. Style the jeans with the Ellen Collared Surplice Top with heels for that sophisticated look. This top can be worn with jeans as well for a little more chicer style. It features a surplice front with a choker collared neckline. The Crisscross Front Sweater is a great piece you can wear with the Ariel jeans and complete the look with booties. Since the warm weather is here, the Elle Surplice Sleeveless Jumpsuit is perfect for an easy throw-it-on day outfit. At night, you can wear the jumpsuit with the Dropped Shoulder Two Pocket Cardigan to transition it for the evening. Don't forget to try it with a bag or your favorite GNO clutch! Also, accessories are a must for a fun night out. The cardigan will drape nicely and since it's lightweight, it'll be perfect for San Diego's weather. The Level 99 Dayla Cargo Pants will be great for days you want to lounge or just run errands. They're really comfortable but look trendy. This is great for your "not trying but still looks great" looks. Wear it with the Devon Crossed Back Long Sleeve Striped Top or simple cami. The Hermosa High Low Knit Top is a bit longer and can be worn with the Mindy High Waist Ponte Pant. I noticed you favorited our Leopard Print Crew Neck Sweater, so I included one for you to try out. This knit is so cute but also edgy. It can be worn with any denim, from light to dark wash denim. The Devon Crossed Back Long Sleeve Striped Top and the Crew Neck Open Knit Top are cute but casual pieces and is to be worn with shorts or denim. It is lightweight and flowy so it is easy to wear and style. Another one favorited was our Travis Bomber Jacket. Bomber jackets are one of those essential-to-your-wardrobe pieces that you can dress up or down. You can wear it with your favorite white tee or over a mini dress for a more on-trend look. All the tops that I have selected for you is based off small details - just like you mentioned you liked. They each have a unique detail or color to them that can be easily styled for day or night. Wear them with skirts, jeans, pants, shorts, or leggings. Play around with accessories and shoes to achieve looks for any time of the day.

The Mindy Ponte Pant have a higher waist making them ultra flattering and slimming. They're an easy go-to staple to add to your closet especially on those days you just don't feel like wearing jeans. They're a great addition to a work wardrobe as well. The Dayanna Vest is a great layering piece to wear year round. I love it paired with a simple t-shirt, jeans, statement necklace, and heels/booties for a night out. This piece pairs well with jeans, skirts, pants, dresses, or even shorts, so you can easily dress this piece down for a more casual look if preferred.

Hi and welcome to DAILYLOOK! I am so excited to share with you your first box. I made sure to include some great closet essentials so we can build out your wardrobe together.

Everyone needs a classic pair of jeans and Just Black does a phenomenal job at this (in my opinion). I know you're on the smaller side, so I selected one of our best sellers for you to try. These are an amazing cut and will pair perfectly with the Cindy Off-The-Shoulder Top. You can also try it with a simple white t-shirt and long cardigan for weekend errands. I love these jeans in black because I think it goes with everything. Everyone needs classic skinny jeans and these are perfect on everyone! Try it as a more polished look by wearing it with our Button Up Crisscross Front Top and my favorite piece I picked out for you, a blazer. I think blazers are a great way of elevating any look. For dresses, I made sure to include a classic LBD with our Tulip Hem Wrap Midi Dress. Wear this dress with the denim jacket for a casual look or dress it up with a pair of booties and a Moto jacket. Last, but not least, for a fun and feminine piece, I selected the DVF inspired Vero Moda Long Sleeve Wrap Dress. It's frilly, floral, and so fun!
