I'll start with the metallic knot front top that is one of my favorite pieces in my inventory right now! It's a really cool piece that you can wear casually or more dressed up. Wear with dressier pants or a pencil skirt for a cleaner look and wear it with jeans for casual wear. It's a really fun piece for a special event without being over the top. Wear it with the jeans and a booties and a chunky cardigan to dress it down or dress it up with a fun skirt, tall boots, and a structured jacket to finish the look. This new jumpsuit we got in is also a favorite! I love it with a platform bootie or with sneakers for a casual day look. To dress it up wear with a chunky heel and finish with a bomber jacket in the evening. This is a really great piece to make a statement without being too busy or looking like you're trying too hard. It's also a really chic piece to wear for a night out on the town! Vests are a great way to add dimension to your outfit without adding bulk. Wear this style over a fitted dress or with jeans and an off the shoulder top or lightweight sweater depending on the weather.

I really love that tops are so versatile. I've included a pair of denim jeans in black and a pair of paper bag shorts for you to try on all the tops with! Try the Jack by BB Dakota Hurst Side Slit Relaxed top with the pair of jeans and a pair of sneakers for a casual going out look. For something more polished, wear it with the Lena One Shoulder Ruffle Stripe Top or the BB Dakota Halter Neck Top and a pair of heels and a patent clutch for a date night look. For a work-friendly look, wear the jeans with our JOA Tweed Top. If your office doesn't allow jeans, you can always wear it with your favorite pair of work pants. I've also included our bestselling Ponte Pants should you need something that could work with this top.

Whether you're going for a more dressed up or a casual look, paper bag shorts can be comfortable and easily styled. For a more casual look, try it with our Moon River V-Neck Knit top. These jeans will go with everything and the cropped ankle length is perfect for showing off a great pair of shoes. Plus, you can easily tuck them into boots for cooler weather. The Waverly Anorak Jacket is a great lightweight layering piece for transitioning into Spring. Layer it over the Sleeveless Marsha Twist Front Top and pair with the Just Black Karly Mid Rise Cropped Skinny Jeans and ankle boots for an effortlessly chic look. The Split Neck Blouse is a versatile wardrobe essential. This year is going by so fast. But I'm really excited about adding some more pieces into your wardrobe! Are you ready?! I wasn't sure which direction you would like to take your wardrobe this year so I started off with a mix of basics that are great during the week but also on the weekend. Pair these tops and layering pieces with the Just Black Jeans. I love layering blouses and cotton tops under jackets and cardigans. Doing so makes it easy to transition your wardrobe season-to-season. The Kaitlyn Ruffle Top is a perfect layering piece to layer under the Unexpected Waterfall Cardigan. I included jeans for you to try it like so. These are the perfect jeans to pair with any sweater or blouse year-round. The Travis Bomber Jacket is another great layering piece that is great during the week but still amazing for the weekends. Layer this over lightweight tops and sweaters when the weather starts warming up but you still want to be covered up. It's fine for the warmer weather because this version of the bomber jacket doesn't have fill in it so it's definitely more lightweight. For this month, I've selected some super soft versatile items, including plenty of fun, comfy Fall pieces that should keep you warm and stylish in the cooler winter. Have fun!

The first thing I added was the Just Black Uptown High Waisted Skinny Jeans. They're beyond comfy and flattering, plus the quality is amazing, so I thought you might want to give them a try! You can easily dress these up with a boot, making them a great piece to add to your current wardrobe. For a laid back look, I would wear either the Color Block Rib Knit Sweater or the Jack by BB Dakota Lace Up Front Sweater over these, and pair with a fun necklace or scarf. To transition these jeans from day to night, pair them with the Embroidered Statement Sleeves Top, gold jewelry, and heeled booties or loafers! I love this combo - it's a client favorite! For a comfy everyday look, wear the Open Front Chenille Cardigan over a simple long-sleeved tee and black leggings, and accessorize with some silver accent earrings for extra polish. Throw on tall boots or mules to complete this chic look!

I'm going to start with the BB Dakota Fuzzy Sweater, it features a boat neckline, balloon sleeves, and a fuzzy open knit construction. A super comfy piece to have around for the Fall/Winter season. All you need is a pair of jeans and boots! The Alice Drawstring Waist Sleeveless Dress is such an easy going piece, I wanted to include this dress to add a burst of color to the box. A great easy piece with an amazing fabrication that you'll love! The Bishop Sleeves Speckled Sweater is a cozy piece for the colder days. It features bishop sleeves, speckled knit construction detailing, and ribbed cuffs, collar, and hem. Style this sweater with a pair of skinny or bootcut jeans and finish it off with boots! The Just Black High Rise Button Fly Jeans are skinny cut, these are super fun and chic with the front button detailing. style these jeans with the Splendid Long Sleeve T-Shirt and layer with the Faux Leather Moto Jacket. It's a super chic look! The tunic features slit detail on the side with a lace up detailing. The moto jacket can be worn in two different ways. It features a faux removable hoodie, meaning it's attached by a zipper inside of the jacket and it can be worn without the hoodie detail. The Cindy Ribbed Midi Dress, it's that classy piece! Since the warm weather is here, the Elle Surplice Sleeveless Jumpsuit is perfect for an easy throw-it-on day outfit. At night, you can wear the jumpsuit with the Dropped Shoulder Two Pocket Cardigan to transition it for the evening. Don't forget to try it with a bag or your favorite GNO clutch! Also, accessories are a must for a fun night out. The cardigan will drape nicely and since it's lightweight, it'll be perfect for San Diego's weather. The Level 99 Dayla Cargo Pants will be great for days you want to lounge or just run errands. They're really comfortable but look trendy. This is great for your "not trying but still looks great" looks. Wear it with the Devon Crossed Back Long Sleeve Striped Top or simple cami. The Hermosa High Low Knit Top is a bit longer and can be worn with the Mindy High Waist Ponte Pant. I noticed you favorited our Leopard Print Crew Neck Sweater, so I included one for you to try out. This knit is so cute but also edgy. It can be worn with any denim, from light to dark wash denim. The Devon Crossed Back Long Sleeve Striped Top and the Crew Neck Open Knit Top are cute but casual pieces and is to be worn with shorts or denim. It is lightweight and flowy so it is easy to wear and style. Another one favorited was our Travis Bomber Jacket. Bomber jackets are one of those essential-to-your-wardrobe pieces that you can dress up or down. You can wear it with your favorite white tee or over a mini dress for a more on-trend look. It's time to put away the coats and sweaters and get you closet ready for the warmer weather. I love to fill my wardrobe with the prettiest dresses and rompers during this time of year. They're super easy to throw on when in a rush and can be worn so many different ways. Put on a pair of heels to dress it up for date night or throw on some sandals and a jean jacket for brunch!

My favorite way to style a girly dress is with some white sneakers for a casual, trendy look. The Wrap Dress and BCBGeneration Dress will add a nice pop of color to your wardrobe. If you're heading to the beach reach for the Mystree Ombre Dress as an easy cover up. The Honey Punch Woven Cami is a basic staple you can wear year-round.

Try a monochromatic summer whites look by pairing the white Lace Shorts with sandals or an espadrille. For a fun non-monochromatic look, pair our Just Black Short with a fun leopard print sandal. Add the lightweight Safari Jacket to either of these looks to pull everything together. Layer the Safari Jacket over the Bishop + Young Romper, sandals, and a woven handbag for something that would work great for the heat.

Welcome back to another month of your DL box! This month, I tried to include some more fun and fashion-forward looks as well as some more wardrobe essentials to help you build out your everyday essentials. I'm excited to be able to send you some pieces to help you experiment with your style!

Everyone needs a classic pair of skinny jeans and our Just Black jeans really hit the mark with this high-waisted version. Pair these with our Bella Ruffle Off The Shoulder Tie Sleeve Top and a great pair of statement earrings. You could wear this from day to night! The Sharon top is also a great basic. You can wear these tops interchangeably. If you throw on a heeled bootie or a classic pump, you'll be set for an everyday look.

For a fun fashion-forward item this month, I've included our sparkle jumpsuit. I love this look on its own or layered over a thin black turtleneck. For warmer weather, you can wear this with a white short sleeve under for something comfortable but trendy. This jumpsuit would look so cute with a strappy kitten heel or some classic moto boots.
